Setting you up for success
We’ll work with you to set up the best hiring practices, with a clear and consistent mission your future employees can get behind. If you join us at the seed or series A investment stage, we’ll assign you a dedicated People + Talent partner for the first 12 months. Together, we’ll help plan and implement your strategy for recruitment, retention, leadership and culture. All of our founders, including those joining at pre-seed stage, have access to our gold mine of resources and guides for building a successful team.
