Fred Ellis
Fred is a B2B software specialist, with a particular interest in enterprise software.
He joined Octopus Ventures in 2020 after three years in corporate development at HUBX, a London-based fintech company focused on the digitisation and distribution of private transactions.
He previously spent two years working in TMT and asset management in the UK investment banking business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Fred graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in classics.
Outside of work, he loves basketball, football and cycling. You’re more than likely to find him at Chelsea FC’s home ground – Stamford Bridge – every other weekend.
