Tilly Fleming

Tilly joined the Octopus Ventures Pre-Seed team in 2023, to work alongside Kirsten Connell in finding and supporting the transformational founders of tomorrow. All great businesses start somewhere, and Tilly is passionate about being there when they do, working with founders and their teams to uncover their motivations and bring their world-changing ideas to life.

Tilly joined the world of venture 6 years ago as an investor at Venrex, where she sat on boards, supported the portfolio and invested in companies across focus areas ranging from B2B SaaS to Consumer.

Outside of the Octopus office, you can find Tilly enjoying the outdoors, catching up with friends and reading about human psychology.
