Jeevs Mahil
Jeevs Mahil is a Senior Portfolio Talent Lead at Octopus Ventures, where she partners with founders from seed to Series C to build high-performing leadership teams and scalable organisations. She leads the people and talent offering for the B2B software and AI portfolio, supporting companies through critical growth inflection points.
Prior to Octopus, helped scale Checkout.com internationally from pre-Series A to post-Series C. She also co-founded a fintech-focused talent business, giving her a first-hand understanding of the founder journey.
Alongside her venture role, Jeevs is a qualified coach and acts as a trusted sparring partner to founders and leaders across a range of industries and life stages, helping them navigate the challenges that underpin successful leadership and feeling good while doing it.
Jeevs studied Economics and Spanish at the University of Leeds and spent several years living in South America. Outside of work you will find her spending as much time hiking in the mountains as possible, exploring different corners of the world and trying to find people to speak Spanish with!
